The Cayo Dental Implant Center Introductory Offer is valid for a limited time only and is subject to availability.

The offer includes a dental implant for the cost of the implant material only. Additional fees may apply for other services, such as extractions, bone grafting, or other procedures.

A registration fee of 14,500 LKR must be paid in advance to secure an appointment for the implant procedure. This fee is non-refundable.

The offer includes a free initial consultation, a personalized treatment plan (Inclusive of Dental Implant and Porcelain Fused Metal Crown), an experienced implant surgeon, and immediate follow-up care as required. Late follow-up care will be charged separately, as per the patient’s requirements.

The offer does not include any warranties or guarantees for the implant procedure or outcome.

The patient can select the other type of crowns they prefer from available options and will be charged accordingly.

The offer is limited to one per person and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

The offer is subject to change or termination without notice.

To be eligible for the offer, you must complete and submit the registration form with your full name, email address, phone number, and preferred appointment date, and pay the registration fee in advance.

By submitting the registration form and paying the registration fee, you agree to receive communication from the Cayo Dental Implant Center regarding the introductory offer and other promotions or services.

The offer is valid for new patients only and cannot be applied to previous or ongoing treatments.

The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of the Cayo Dental Implant Center.

The Cayo Dental reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone for any reason at any time.
