Financial Policy

At Cayo Dental Hospital, we are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care with transparency, fairness, and flexibility in our payment processes. Please review the following comprehensive policy outlining various aspects of our payment procedures:

Hospital Service Charges:

A standard hospital service charge of LKR 1500.00 will be applicable at every visit to Cayo Dental Hospital. This charge covers administrative costs, facility usage, and other overhead expenses associated with your visit. It will be included in your final bill along with treatment fees.

Treatment Charges:

Detailed information regarding treatment charges will be available both at our clinic and on the Cayo Dental website. These charges are determined based on the complexity of the procedure and materials used.

Installment Payment:

Patients undergoing Root Canal Treatment, Crowns, and Bridges have the option to split their payment into two installments without requiring approval from the Operation Manager. The first installment is due at the beginning of the treatment, and the second installment is due on the follow-up visit after the treatment initiation date.

Discretionary Installment Payment:

In addition to the standard installment option for Root Canal Treatment, Crowns, and Bridges, the Operation Manager may offer installment payment options to other eligible patients at their discretion. Patients must sign an agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the installment plan.

Termination Policy:

If a patient fails to complete the treatment within 30 days of the initiated date, unless otherwise instructed by the doctor, the treatment plan will be canceled, and the case will be considered as a new case. Any payments made towards the incomplete treatment will be forfeited, and a new treatment plan will be established.

Patients must be informed of the impending termination of the treatment plan at least 14 days in advance. This notification will be sent via SMS, mail, or email to ensure timely communication.

Please note the following important points:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance plans.
• Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in additional fees or suspension of future appointments.

All fees, charges, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice, but we will make every effort to inform you of any revisions in advance.
