REFUND POLICY – CAYO DENTAL HOSPITAL

Our commitment at Cayo Dental is to provide quality dental care, and we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund. Refunds will be facilitated under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Payment or Card Swiping

Refunds will be issued in cases of erroneous payments or incorrect card transactions into our account.

  • Change in Patient’s Medical Condition:

Refunds are applicable if there is a significant change in the patient’s general medical condition, such as cardiac, pulmonary, or endocrinal issues, making the patient unsuitable for the intended treatment.

  • Treatment Outcome Evaluation:

Refunds, at the discretion of Cayo Dental management, subject to Quality Processes review, may be approved if it is determined that the treatment outcome could have been better.

Refund Modes (2 Options):

  • Credit to Patient’s Bank: Takes 180 days for processing.
  • Credit Cover: Offers a quicker option, allowing patients to utilize the refunded amount for any alternate treatment for themselves or someone else within one year.

Credit Cover Advantages:

  • Can be used for any treatment within one year.
  • Transferable to anyone known to the patient.
  • No deductions for consultations, x-rays, diagnosis, and treatment planning, except for specific treatments like scaling, extraction, and lab work.
